Having aging parents in another state who have verbalized feeling overwhelmed from trying to manage Multiple Medical Appointments,  Arranging Transportation, Locating In-Network Specialists, Searching for Affordable Medication Programs,  Needing to find Homemaker Agencies and Home Health Care Staff as well as needing Medical Equipment while being uncertain of the  process to obtain, Notwithstanding needing Coordinated Discharge Planning/Support Service assistance when leaving Hospitals and Rehab Facilities to understanding their Insurance Benefits can just be UNBEARABLE.

At this time in their lives, it's time to RELAX and ENJOY. Whether they're in a snowy season or a tropical climate, the point is, "Allow a Professional to Manage the Details of Life". I am the Owner of this Unique business. I am a Masters' Level Professional with a Degree in Social Work and Management. I've been a Social Worker, often in Leadership positions for over 25 years and much of my experience has been working with Seasoned Adults. As the years have rolled on, my parents have become those Seasoned Adults who I enjoy seeing and speaking with about traveling, exercising, recipes, sporting events, fashion, gossip, my children and my spouse. I am able to do this because their needs have been compartmentalized, organized and addressed by a Care Coordinator who has created a Service Agreement with them, outlined their needs and created a Customized Plan that includes weekly written updates that are emailed and/or discussed via WebEx or Zoom Face to Face meetings along with unlimited phone correspondence.

The $300 per month is well worth it. Everyone is at ease and the details of the Dentist, Eye Doctor, Podiatrist, Van Service, Housekeeping, In-Home or Out-Patient Physical Therapy services are arranged and they are aware and reminded along with my siblings whom they've requested be updated too.

The other really GREAT aspect is that once matters are manageable, the case can be closed or, the Client can pay $200 per month for "Stand-By" service where the Client can contact the Care Coordinator with a follow-up concern or to discuss a new concern they would like addressed and the Care Coordinator will update the Client account and continue providing Excellent Service.
