At this time, we service the varying Cities and Counties in the State of Florida
What is the minimum age for the Services?
Generally, 60 is the the minimum age of our clients, however, if there are extenuating circumstances, we may consider assisting someone younger
Does my Insurance cover this service?
This is a private pay service. We do not submit bills to your Insurance provider for payment. We begin providing Excellent Service as soon as payment is received.
Can I submit the bill to my Insurance Company?
Yes, you can contact your Insurance and ask if you will be reimbursed, however, this service does not bill or expect payment from any Insurance Provider. The Services with Exceptional Senior Care Coordination have to be paid via Credit Card payment on line or mail in check.
Do the Coordinators come to my home?
The services are Remote. Communication is via computer, phone or mail. Occassionally, a Coordinator may meet someone at a Facility, but that is very rare. The services are effectively provided in a Remote manner.
What are the Hours of Service?
General Business Hours and beyond. Work day often begins at 7am and can conclude as late as 7pm Monday - Friday.
Saturday hours may be incorporated as necessary
What is the Refund Policy?
Written request with reason explained at any time. Refund will be minus hours worked on contracted service. Please allow up to 30 days for refund
What is the extent of the Services?
Services are provided as outlined in an agreed upon Service agreement
How will I know the status of the services provided?
Updates will be provided as agreed upon with each Client
